Our experience over many years has shown clearly that retraining first aiders every 3 years is not enough to keep essential life-saving skills sharp! What we recommend to our customers is running a regular 2-hour update to recap, refresh and run simulations for the in date first aiders. We have seen the impact this has had on how first aiders respond in some serious emergency situations in the workplace.
The topics can be focused on the specific concerns for a particular industry. This has proven enormously beneficial and improved preparedness to respond in an emergency. The cost is per session not per candidate. Some corporates run a refresher every second or third month and that are available attend.
The program and topics are planned for the year so that the company can have input.

No certificate is issued although records of attendance is kept.
